The Lambretta motor scooter started life way back in 1947, first to get Italy mobile after the second world war. Who would have thought that along with Vespa, this little motor scooter would catch on in such a big way and revolutionise the way people travelled. In fact the Lambretta scooter was so successful that owners clubs appeared around the world as the Lambretta became not only a means of transport but a hobby and a way of life. In the 1960's the Lambretta scooters became an icon of the developing Mod Culture featuring in the cult Mod film Quadrophenia. Lambretta was famous for its killer good looks, extremely high styling and quality. In 1997 Lambretta started producing clothing and accessories. In 2000 was the official launch of Lambretta Watches. Lambretta Watches are directly inspired by Lambretta scooters styling bringing the cool Retro 1960's scooter design to the world of wrist watches.
