Returns |
We are certain that you will be delighted with our products. However, in case you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return it. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Unwanted Goods
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or even if you just changed you mind, no worries! we offer you a 20 days return period in which you can send us back the item you purchased, and provided it is returned in perfect condition and in the original packaging.
Provided you will let us know of your wish to return the item within 7 days from receipt, you will be entitled to a refund of any payment you have made. If you will let us know of you wish to return the item after more that 7 days from receipt (and in any case no later than 20 days from receipt), you will be charged a 10.00 pounds handling charge. In any case, you will have to pay for the return postage of these items. Please contact us by email using the form here, to inform us of your wish to return the goods and how you would like to be refunded (for example: by crediting your credit card, by a cheque etc.).
Special Christmas return policy: items purchased during December will be allowed to be returned until the 10.1 the following year.
Faulty Goods
All items are thoroughly inspected for defects before they are dispatched. Upon delivery, you must inspect the Products and notify us promptly, and no later than 3 days from delivery time, of any dissatisfaction with your Order. If the Products are faulty you must return them promptly and, upon receipt, we shall refund the full Price of the Product. If you receive an item from us which is faulty, please contact us by using the email form here to inform us within 15 days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement. We will advise you as to how to send us back the faulty watch. In the event of you returning faulty goods to us we will also pay you the cost of the return postage.
